Supporter Engagement Manager
Location: Flexible – Cambridge, Norwich or Ipswich
Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are recruiting for a new Supporter Engagement Manager role, who will have a primary focus to develop and lead a new team to support our strategy to put donors at the heart of everything we do, inspiring and motivating more people to connect and contribute to the work of EACH.
You will have a thorough understanding of direct and digital marketing, donor development and supporter care, via channels inclusive of online and offline newsletters, email, and Facebook, significant experience of managing and producing fundraising and marketing campaigns, experience of managing income and expenditure budgets and of reviewing and developing strategic plans. You will be comfortable leading change and encouraging new ways of working.
The post holder will make an active contribution to the overall Fundraising department, providing support and advice on donor development, supporter acquisition, retention as well as lead and embed a culture of compliance and risk management across the Fundraising department, ensuring colleagues consider compliance as an integral part of the process when designing and delivering fundraising communications and activities.
The work base of this role can be flexible, to work from our Cambridge, Norwich or Ipswich sites.
