We have an exciting new opportunity for a CRM Coordinator to join our lifesaving charity.
Location: Norwich or Melbourn Office & Home Working, with frequent travel into Norwich Office
Annual Salary: £19,247 - £29,131 per annum (depending on experience)
You will work with the CRM Manager to deliver the continued implementation and development of East Anglian Air Ambulance’s CRM system, MS Dynamics. Working with other stakeholders and our third-party supplier you will ensure the system and data is the best it can be, fit for purpose and compliant.
Providing day to day CRM support to teams, you will fulfil support and data requests, data selection, segmentation and insight ensuring all users can create effective supporter journeys to deliver an excellent supporter experience.
A good level of competence across the Microsoft portfolio, specifically MS Dynamics, experience of using import tools such as Scribe and knowledge of marketing systems, ideally dotdigital are essential.
The CRM is the heart of all our fundraising, financial and engagement activity and is used by all charity staff who are not directly operational; its efficient and accurate functionality is essential to the economic success of the charity, so this role is vital to ensure we get this right.
