Assistant Operations Manager – Supported Living
You will join our client as an Assistant Operations Manager to assist the Operational Network Manager to manage a diverse service to a number of people we support in the Rochdale area.
Assistant Operations Manager Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and supporting staff and monitoring the standard of the support being provided. You must be fully flexible and be able to undertake on call duties.
Assistant Operations Manager Requirements:
To apply for the role, you must be currently working in a substantive Team Leader post or higher. You must have effective people management skills, experience of leading and supporting positive change and working with people with complex needs.

Job type: Part Time, Permanent, 30 hours per week, must be fully flexible and be able to work across all areas if required
Salary: £28,000 to £31,500 (FTE) depending on experience
