Organisational Development Consultant
Our client are looking for a dedicated Organisational Development Consultant to help develop and affect cultural change and continuous improvement to their authority.
Organisational Development Consultant Responsibilities:
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead on some exciting and impactful people change projects which will improve ways of working and processes. You’ll be supporting the business in getting the best out of their leaders, their teams and employees. Join our client, you’ll play a key part in adding valuable outputs which impact the culture of their workforce.
Using the latest technology, you’ll have the opportunity to work across their city offices and remotely. You’ll be a part of a great team consisting of three other OD Consultants, one OD Advisor and a Senior Manager, whilst being a key player in the wider HR Service.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and attend meetings at all levels. This will include working with senior management including directors, strategic directors, and heads of service, being part of task and finish groups, departmental meetings and team meetings.
Organisational Development Consultant Requirements:
As an articulate communicator you’ll need the character to engage well with people at all levels and have experience of working in partnership to gain an understanding of significant localised and organisational wide change and cultural change initiatives.
You’ll be familiar with using evidence and recognised problem-solving techniques to improve individual, team and organisational performance. You’ll need to be confident in using a range of techniques including leadership development, talent management, coaching and mentoring, staff engagement, change management, behavioural change to develop the organisation and its culture. You’ll also have expert knowledge in Organisational Development tools, techniques and principles and their practical application.

Salary: £38,813 to £41,675 per annum
