Pensions and Employee Benefits Administrator

You will join our client as a Pensions and Employee Benefits Administrator. Their friendly and professional Reward and Pensions team provides a comprehensive reward and pensions service across the group.

They're looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator to help support in providing this vital service.

Pensions and Employee Benefits Administrator Requirements:

You’ll have good knowledge of payroll and pension administration processes and practices (gained ideally through experience working in a large organisation), as well as experience in delivering a pensions administration service with multiple payrolls and for staff on varied terms and conditions of employment.

You’ll have experience of supporting the auto-enrolment process and of handling new member applications to join various pension schemes, ensuring compliance with Pension Regulator’s guidelines. You’ll also have some knowledge of employee benefits administration and be looking to develop your know how in this important area of reward.

Appointment is subject to an Enhanced Criminal Records Check and relevant barred lists check, if appropriate.
