Job description

Policy Officer

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Policy Officer to make sure that the interests of the dietetic professional are represented in Scotland.

Policy Officer Responsibilities:

This role will involve influencing and working closely with other organisations, the Scottish Parliament, government departments and appropriate bodies on behalf of their organisation.

The post holder will work closely with their staff, key members of the boards covering Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England.

Policy Officer Requirements:

The post holder will have excellent written and oral skills and will be using them to proactively work in the health and social care policy arena in both countries.

Job type: Part Time, Permanent, 3 days (21 hours and 36 minutes) per week

Salary: £32,770 to £36,129 per annum pro rata
