Purchase Ledger Clerk
You will join our client as a Finance Officer - Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time permanent basis, based within their Rugby office.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
You will be working closely with the Finance Manager to deliver the tactical objectives for the function within the role you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the purchase order log. Actions from this will include supplier invoices, staff expenses, and bank payments onto their accounting system. You will then complete these transactions ensuring authorisations are in place and providing follow up reporting when required.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Requirements:
Ideally you will have qualifications at A-level or demonstrable experience to match this. You will have experience working within a Finance function and show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and being able to use Accounting systems effectively will be important in this role. They would also like you to have a genuine interest in working for them and display their values of Courage, Creativity and Compassion.
