You will join our client's team in Stockport as Recruitment Coordinator.
Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:
As the Recruitment Coordinator, your role will be to oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that candidates are responded to in a timely manner, interviews are coordinated, and response rates are monitored. You will ensure that a variety of advertising methods are utilised to optimise candidate attraction and will be pro-active in seeking candidates from multiple sources. You will also coordinate networking and recruitment events ensuring our client is promoted as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for producing recruitment reports highlighting trends and concerns and will review recruitment KPI’s on monthly basis ensuring that key targets are met. You will also support with employee retention, providing input into strategies to improve retention.
Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:
Previous experience of co-ordinating the recruitment process is essential alongside previous management / supervision experience. Experience of healthcare is desirable and the successful candidate must have access to a vehicle for work purposes as there will be travel to other sites and recruitment events in the northwest. Strong IT skills are a must, as is experience of producing reports and an understanding of KPI’s.

About our client:
They provide residential services for young people and young adults aged 16-30 years old who have been discharged from psychiatric inpatient stays or secure children’s homes. Due to company growth they are now recruiting a Recruitment Co-ordinator to supervise an expanding recruitment team.
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: £21,059.93 to £27,260 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
