My Client is currently looking for a Customer service Administrator on a months basis to join their team in a growing Housing association.
This will be paid at £10.17 an hour paye
With your experience you will be;
- Handling emails from planning Team shared mailbox
- Handling SMS and Email Correspondence to customers to confirm appointments
- Telephoning customers to reschedule appointments on DRS Software
- Filing documents electronically
- Assisting Planning Team to Identify issues in Engineers Diaries
- Answering the telephone to customers and colleagues
