Eden Brown is delighted to be working in partnership with a national children's charity who is recruiting for a Community Relationships Manager. This charity is committed to improving the lives of children across the UK. Working as a Community Relationship Manager you will have the opportunity to support the organisation in generating income that will make that positive impact in children's lives.
As Community Relationship Manager you will be responsible for meeting specific KPI targets, which involves developing relationships with existing volunteers and establishing new relationships with volunteers and generating a certain amount of income for the charity. You will also be responsible for implementing their supporter engagement strategy in your specific area. Working closely with the 'Supporter Community Team' you will play a huge role in helping connect, inspire and mobilise people and communities across your specific patch.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a passion or background in community fundraising and have some experience in developing, managing and motivating volunteers. You should be able to have a history of achieving both financial and non-financial targets.
This role is home-based and primarily focused on working with supporters in Liverpool (covering much of Merseyside) and Chester (Cheshire and parts of Greater Manchester). This role is part time (21 hours Monday - Wednesday) and maternity cover post and comes with a generous remuneration package, positive benefits, flexible working and is an opportunity not to be missed.
