I am absolutely delighted to be supporting a much loved national health charity in their search for a Events Fundraising Manager (FTC till June 2020) to deliver the charity's growing third party events portfolio and help support the organisation's rapid growth. This truly inspirational health charity is able to provide help and support to millions throughout the UK and plays an integral role in funding critical research for both treatment and prevention of one of the country's biggest health threats.
As a Events Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on and project managing the charity's growing third party events portfolio including events such as the Great North Run and Ride London 100, to meet agreed financial and participation targets. You will contribute to event marketing strategies, liaising with internal and external agencies with regards to this. As an Events Fundraising Manager you will both engage existing and acquire new supporters by ensuring an excellent supporter experience, to inspire and mobilise supporters throughout their journey.
To be considered for this role you will come with experience of delivering third party events within a charity setting. You will have experience of planning, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies and supporter journeys, for a variety of events. The best fit for this role will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
