Fundraising Manager
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Full time 37.5 hours (part time 4 days considered)
Based in Leeds but raising funds across the Yorkshire Region

As Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for the effective day to day leadership of Candlelighter's passionate and proactive fundraising team. You will take on the exciting challenge of ensuring the successful delivery of annual income and expenditure budgets in line with the wider fundraising strategy in additional to developing new areas of income development . Working across multiple income streams including community, corporate, trust and foundations and appeals you must lead by example in the excellent stewardship and support to all donors. Most importantly you will be encouraged to constantly review fundraising activities across the team and drive continuous improvement to embed a culture of innovation.

To be considered for this role you must come to us with significant experience working in a fundraising environment, and posses the necessary management experience to lead this team to success. You should have a demonstrable track record in developing and delivering fundraising plans and a proven ability to exceed targets and report on income. Proactive, solution focussed and passionate, you must have the necessary interpersonal relationship skills to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships both internally and externally. Perhaps most importantly you should come to us with an unrivalled hunger to embrace what is a hugely exciting opportunity to lead a fundraising team to enable the income growth that will support the continued work of this wonderfully worthy organisation.
