I have a really exciting opportunity for a Fundraising Officer to join a small but successful fundraising team in a fantastic national charity based in the West Midlands. This charity is committed to improving the lives of healthcare professionals and provides a range of services tailored to support their needs. Working as Fundraising Officer you will have a real opportunity to support the team in raising funds that transform the lives of those living in hardship each day.
As Fundraising Officer you will manage administrative tasks across all fundraising strands and be responsible for the updating of the database of fundraising supporters and relationships. You will take on them exciting tasks of actively maintaining and supporting new and existing relationships with supporters in order to encourage long-term commitment and supporter engagement. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, you will also lead on the delivery of a compelling and inspired social media communications plan and support on all fundraising campaigns to ensure maximum potential.
To be considered for this role you will ideally come to us with some experience in fundraising and the voluntary sector and a sound knowledge of marketing, PR and social media platforms. You should be a confident individual with the ability to communicate persuasively and network effectively. Most importantly you should be compassionate, flexible and creative and possess an unrivalled enthusiasm to go above and beyond for this fantastic cause.
On a permanent contact with full-time hours, this role is based out of Wolverhampton and requires the successful applicant to have a full UK driving licence.
