As Head of Supporter Communities & Groups you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining a portfolio of community and events activities that secures sustainable income and grows our supporter base. You will also play an active role in the departmental senior management team cultivating high-performing, collaborative relationships and developing / implementing strategies that continually satisfy internal stakeholders, suppliers and supporters. You will be tasked with the exciting challenge of effectively leading the senior relationship managers and supporter engagement manager, setting targets and objectives to deliver against the supporter engagement plan.
To be considered for this role you should have an in-depth knowledge of community and events fundraising and significant experience within a senior fundraising management position. You should posses a demonstrable track record of achieving both financial and non-financial targets. Most importantly you should be creative, innovative and inspirational and consider yourself a pioneer in your field!
