IT Helpdesk Support Assistant
Egham based

Eden brown is working in partnership with a local college to recruit for an IT Helpdesk Support Assistant based in Egham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Support Assistant to embark onto the local college and join a successful team and be responsible for managing the IT helpdesk.

Key responsibilities:

* To over and manager the campus IT helpdesk while working in reprographics.
* Provide first line support to all IT users across campuses and will offer additional support for the IT team by covering holiday and illness.
* There will be a limited amount of working on other campuses during summer to assist with additional work, like setting up new devices and moving equipment around.
Candidate requirements:
* Enhanced DBS, desired but not essential
