Here at Eden Brown we are delighted to be partnering once again with an inspirational national health charity, assisting them in their search for a Legacy Advisor in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team working in a capacity that makes a real difference to the success of this much loved organisation.
If successful in the role you will be tasked on raising awareness of the importance of legacies and increasing the number of supporters including a gift in their will. With a focus on face to face engagement, this role will involve relationship development with both existing and new potential supporters. As Legacy Advisor you will raise the profile of legacy giving across Northern Ireland and be the first point of contact for legacy matters for all regional based staff. The role also offers you the opportunity to take the lead in organising legacy marketing events, with a view to increasing new supporters and converting interest into firm legacy pledges.
To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience in building and developing relationships at varying levels of seniority and be known for your personable persona and possess strong communication skills. Ideally you will have experience of legacy fundraising but we would also love to speak with you if you have broader fundraising experience and an inclination to develop experience within legacies. You must be able to evidence a fantastic track record in income generation and a proven ability to achieve targets. Most importantly you should be a dynamic and tenacious team player
The role offers the opportunity to be based at any of the charity's regional offices or hospices within the North, and additionally a company car will be provided.
