Here at Eden Brown I'm delighted to be working with an inspirational national health charity, assisting them in their search for a Legacy Marketing Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administration skills, to play an important role in helping the Legacy Advisor to grow the charities legacy income and support this truly amazing charity to keep doing their wonderful work.
The Legacy Marketing Administration Assistant will provide support to and be a key member of the Legacy team. You will contribute towards data entry, respond promptly to supporter communications and will maintain accurate and reliable records on the CRM system. As Legacy Marketing Administration Assistant you will have the opportunity to assist with the coordination, planning and evaluation of Legacy events, exhibitions and other relevant promotions.
To be considered for this role you must have significant experience within a similar administrative role and display fantastic organisational skills. You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient in MS Office, maintaining databases and have the ability to communicate effectively via email and telephone. This role would suit someone who is both diligent and compassionate, with the ability to work on their own initiative.

The role is a part time position, offering 14 hours of work a week (with flexibility), a permanent contract and a salary of £15,570 (pro rata), this is a great opportunity, not to be missed, to make a real difference for this worthy cause!
