National and Regional Fundraising Development Manager
Location: Can be based nationally
Here at Eden Brown we have a super exciting opportunity to join a national organisation within their hugely successful fundraising division. We are supporting this charity in their search for a National and Regional Fundraising Manager to be based from anywhere across the UK, with frequent GB wide travel. This role is a wonderfully exciting opportunity to lead, inspire and develop the extremely successful fundraising team. As National and Regional Fundraising Manager you will support and deliver the fundraising strategy across the UK, with line management accountability for 5 experienced fundraisers. Working towards organisational wide strategic and operational plans you will also work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure these budgets are met. In addition to this, you will take on the exciting challenge of securing, developing and managing key UK-wide projects, events and products to extend the charity's reach into and engagement into broader areas across the UK. To be considered for this role you should come to us with significant experience leading and inspiring a geographically dispersed fundraising team and a demonstrable track record of delivering fundraising growth across a mix of income streams, with a UK-wide reach. You should have considerable experience of planning, developing, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets using insight, analysis and data. Most importantly you should possess the necessary leadership skills and come with an unrivalled passion and enthusiasm to make a success of this hugely exciting new role within the organisation.
