Relationship Manager - North West - Permanent (Home-based)
Salary: £33,484 Full time (Shared role)
Start date: February 2019

Are you a dynamic, ambitious and innovative relationship builder looking for your next challenge? A fantastic job share opportunity has arisen to a National Children's Charity, as a relationship manager based within the area of Lichfield (Staffordshire & the Black Country), with travel across Cheshire & Merseyside.
As a relationship manager you will be implementing our supporter engagement strategy in your patch. You will be developing relationships with existing volunteers as well as recruiting new, working to raise funds for their vital work. Knowledge and experience of working with supporters from The Church of England would be an advantage and a willingness to work with all faith groups is essential. You should be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm as you represent and promote the work vision and purpose of this charity.

To be considered for the role you will ideally come to us with a passion or background in community fundraising and have experience in recruiting, managing and motivating volunteers. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving both financial and non-financial targets and be able to work on your own initiative.

You will join the highly motivated supporter communities and group's team who sit within their Supporter Impact and Income Directorate and you will play an integral role in helping them connect, inspire and mobilise people and communities across your patch.
