Here at Eden Brown we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-loved national health charity as a Senior Events and Mass Participation Manager. This role is responsible for developing and delivering the charities' multi-million-pound portfolio of events and mass participation fundraising activities.
As Senior Events and Mass Participation Manager you will be responsible for leading a high performing team and will also be involved in prototyping, testing and launching new activities which really focuses on delivering an outstanding supporter experience. You will motivate and mentor your team to ensure success.
Project Management skills are key to this role and you will be responsible for delivering and developing a successful portfolio of products which will increase brand awareness as well as inspire supporters. You will also implement the strategy for growth in fundraising events and Mass Participation.
You will need to demonstrate that you have a good track record of marketing and delivering successful events and Mass Participation Activity. Project Management experience is essential. You will have excellent relationship management experience and also have managed key stakeholders.
This role can be based in the London office, regional offices or it can be home based. Please note the salary will differ due to London Weighting. The closing date is 23rd May with interviews scheduled in for 1st June.
