Eden Brown and this large. High-profile children's charity are working together to recruit a Senior Innovation Manager.

Innovation will be a major enabler for them to deliver their 5-year strategy and has been identified as one of five core goals on the path to success as they move into a blue ocean strategy in the future. The Senior Innovation Manager will help build a culture of innovation at all levels aimed at generating value with their core supporter segments to help achieve financial and non-financial objectives.

Working in their Supporter Income and Impact Directorate you will work closely with fundraising, communications, partnerships and their beneficiary programme delivery departments to ensure delivery of a fast moving pipeline with a joined-up approach to innovation.

Whilst the role will capacity build business as usual teams to deliver incremental change to the performance of the current portfolio, the focus of the role will be to build and test completely new propositions, aiming for the truly innovative, and at least, delivering completely new income and engagement for new supporters.

We are looking for someone with leading innovation, co-creation and change management, proven experience of a new product development environment with an ability to demonstrate creativity, take calculated risks and innovation in thinking and practice as well as innovation pipeline management/ delivery in the charity or commercial sector.
