Job description

We are recruiting a Supporter Retention and Development Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract at a fantastic children's disability charity.

The Supporter Retention and Development Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of direct marketing activities, including direct mail and RGPSMS, ti inspire and motivate supporters to continue connecting and contributing to the charity's amazing work. This will include the charity's appeal programme, newsletters, raffle, upgrade and reactivation programmes to feedback to regular givers via mobile.

We are looking for someone with experience of developing integrated multi-media and multi-channel fundraising campaigns, a strong track record of successful income generation from a diverse supporter base and a creative mind.
