Established 140 years ago, we are there for everyone working in education.
Through our free helpline, grants, counselling, guidance, professional and organisational development services, we work with hundreds of organisations and thousands of staff across the sector. The impact can be lifesaving and more teachers, lecturers and support staff turn to us for help each year.
We have ambitious plans for the future, as we grow to meet the needs of an ever-changing education sector. We are focused on our vision of everyone working in education feeling respected, supported and resilient. With 34% of teachers planning to leave in the next few years due to stress and workload, the work we do is very important.
We are looking for a diligent individual who can support our CEO with diary management, meeting preparation, relationship management, event attendance and travel administration and ad-hoc research.
You will also support and develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships. Work closely with the Chair of the Trustees and all individual Trustees as well as the Leadership team and senior management.
In return you can expect a friendly and flexible work environment, generous holiday and pension arrangements, company sick pay, and more.
