We’re looking for a kind and compassionate person to join our Family Support team supporting families whilst they are in hospital in London and Surrey. You’ll support families whose child has cancer or a life challenging condition offering emotional and practical support when it’s most needed – helping families feel less alone during some of their most difficult times.

As a Hospital Family Support Worker, you’ll split your time between a number of families, visiting them whilst they are inpatients on the ward or as an outpatient, along with keeping in touch with them when they are not in hospital via phone, email or text. Whether sitting with a parent at their child’s hospital bedside, supporting a teenager on the ward, along with collaborating with hospital teams and Momentum community colleagues to deliver a seamless and impactful service, ensuring continuity of support beyond hospital stays... you’ll make sure families know they’re not facing this journey alone.

Ideally, your hours will be spread across five days, we are open to discussion on this. You will also have regular peer support, clinical supervision, and opportunities to develop your skills. You’ll be part of a small, friendly, and passionate team who look out for each other just as much as we look out for the families we support.

The role is about being calm, empathetic, building trust, being there when it matters, and making sure families know they’re not alone.

Holding significant influence in raising funds for support; fuelling prayer for crisis response and lasting impact with projects that strengthen communities and break the cycle of poverty; championing Operation Christmas Child and outreach programmes like God Loves You.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead our communications department and promote the work of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association across all platforms.

We will require a minimum of two interviews, one of which will be in person. We will also require a presentation to be delivered as part of the recruitment and selection process.

The Role

CXK is looking for an Engagement & Employability Assistant to support our programmes across Kent. As an Engagement & Employability Assistant, you'll use your creativity and mentoring skills to aid tailored support to individuals in various community settings, preparing them for the workforce or further education. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group activities, you'll foster personal, social, and employability skills, helping to equip beneficiaries with the tools they need to move into education, training, an apprenticeship, or sustained employment.

The main responsibilities of the role are to:

· Support the delivery of engaging unaccredited/accredited training sessions and workshops, incorporating both face-to-face and online formats to suit diverse learning styles.

· Employ a person-centred approach, adapting strategies to suit individual or group dynamics.

· Deliver personalised mentoring, advice, and guidance to unemployed young people and adults, nurturing their growth and employability.

· Identify the additional support needs of young people and adults and work with appropriate providers to ensure this is available to them.

· Support work placements and other community opportunities and be confident working in detached and outreach settings.

· Advocate for young people and adults, working to support them and their families to address barriers to progression with sensitivity and confidentiality.

The Director of People & Culture sits within the Executive Leadership Team and, along with the Artistic Director & Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Creative Programmes, Director of Operations and Executive Director. The Executive Team are responsible for striving towards achieving the vision to create ‘a distinctive, world-class Birmingham cultural scene with the Hippodrome at its heart’ and succeeding in the mission to ‘provide that “goosebumps” feeling through memorable and extraordinary experiences’.

The Director of People & Culture plays a key strategic leadership role in shaping an inclusive, values-led and high-performing organisation where people can thrive. Working as part of the Executive Leadership Team, they lead the development of people, culture and talent strategies that support Birmingham Hippodrome’s mission, people and future growth, while also acting as a key liaison with the Board on people and culture matters.

ABOUT YOU:

You’ll need significant senior leadership experience in People/HR/OD, including with people strategy, organisational strategy, workforce planning, and culture change. You’ll have strong experience of employee relations, consultations, restructures, change leadership, and employment law; plus strong experience of leading EDI&B, managing senior stakeholders, and advising executive leaders and Boards. You’ll have a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, and ideally additional accreditation in areas such as mediation and leadership development. · A recognised qualification or equivalent experience in youth work or relevant profession.

· An in-depth understanding of the issues affecting young Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and non-binary people and those young people questioning their sexuality and/or gender identity

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with young people, including those who identify as LGBTQ+.

· Experience of working in an organisation that provides support services to young people

Legacies account for 27% of total income and is the fastest growing income stream in Mass Engagement. The Legacy Management Team is responsible for all aspects of legacy case management, legacy income reporting and forecasting.

About the role

As our Legacy Manager, you will bring your skills and expertise in managing various types of legacy case files to ensure the legacies WaterAid receives are carefully managed, working closely with both personal and professional executors to ensure our supporter’s final wishes are carried out.

In this role, you will:

• Effectively manage a mixed caseload of residuary, reversionary and discretionary cases, to include some complex and contentious cases.  
• Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including both professional and personal executors, to ensure cases are managed in an effective but sensitive manner.
• Support on development of annual income forecast, reforecast and legacy pipeline.
• Work closely with team members to share ideas and identify opportunities to streamline ways of working and improve efficiency.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Recognised legacy management qualification such as the Institute of Legacy Management Certificate in Legacy Administration (CICLA) or qualified private client solicitor with relevant experience.

• Proven experience of working in a similar charity and/or legal probate role.

• Good understanding of Probate and Trust Law, particularly income tax, inheritance tax and capital gains tax, and knowledge of relevant Charity Law legislation.

•  Proven ability to make decisions quickly and confidently, using initiative and judgement

• Empathy with overseas development issues.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an Assistant Site Manager for our Scotland Region. The role will assist the Site Manager with the management of mainly urban woodlands in West Lothian, Central Scotland. This will involve leading on the management our growing Volunteering teams, assisting with monitoring contracts, liaising with maintenance contractors, engaging with neighbours and the public, running events and carrying out surveys associated with delivery of site management plans and work programme.

A company vehicle will be provided for this role. Please note that out Company Vehicle Policy is also under review as part of our Job Families and Contract Review project, so the eligibility criteria therein are subject to change in due course.

The Role:

• Oversee and monitor estate contract works, ensuring delivery to the highest professional standards and full compliance with FSC certification.
• Implement and maintain Health & Safety compliance on sites, including risk assessments, recording, safety surveys and overseeing resulting works.
• Support woodland and land management planning, including ecological condition assessments, compartment records, species checks and site surveys.
• Plan, deliver and financially manage site management programmes, working with agents, contractors and volunteers to agreed budgets.
• Lead tendering, procurement and contract management, ensuring value for money, accurate pricing and effective delivery.
• Support site budgeting and work programming, assisting the Site Manager with forecasting and monitoring expenditure.
• Manage volunteers and community engagement, working with the Volunteering Team to recruit, coordinate and support volunteer activity (including Woodland Working Groups).
• Act as a professional external representative, engaging with schools, community groups, neighbours, contractors and stakeholders. Additionally, supporting events, funding bids and visits
• This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the West Lothian landscape and wider Scotland, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.

The Candidate:

• You’ll have experience working in a public-facing land-based management role, within either the conservation or commercial sector, ideally in an urban environment.
• You’ll have experience working within the charity sector, collaborating across internal teams and with external partners.
• A proven ability to manage Health & Safety, including conducting site inspections and overseeing safe delivery of activities.
• Strong experience in community, school and volunteer engagement, supporting participation and inclusive involvement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with diverse audiences in writing and verbally, and to represent the Trust professionally and positively.
• You’ll have experience managing contracts and contractors, delivering site-based works including access and people-focused projects.
• You’ll have an ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively, working with internal and external partners to deliver shared objectives.
• You’ll possess relevant technical knowledge and practical capability, including awareness of UKWAS, NPF4 and the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, supported by a qualification in forestry/land management (or equivalent experience) and IT literacy.

Working in a close-knit team you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding supporter experience while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and empathy in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries via phone, email, and post, managing a high volume of inbound requests
• Provide professional, empathetic, and timely responses, resolving queries and escalating where necessary
• Maintain and update supporter records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Direct Debit changes, preferences, and opt-ins/outs)
• Process donations accurately and ensure prompt acknowledgements
• Handle complex or exceptional cases outside of outsourced contact centre operations
• Support fundraising campaigns, including administrative support for mailings and seasonal initiatives (e.g. Christmas card campaigns)
• Use personalised templates to ensure communications reflect the organisation’s tone of voice
• Monitor and feedback on trends in supporter queries to improve processes and service delivery
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless supporter journey
• Prioritise a busy workload to meet service standards and response timeframes

About You:

• Recent experience in a supporter care, customer service, or database-focused role within the not-for-profit sector
• Confident using CRM/database systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalise responses and demonstrate empathy
• Comfortable handling sensitive data with strict confidentiality and working to compliance standards
• A proactive, flexible team player with a “hands-on” attitude and willingness to support where needed

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support the creation of engaging digital and print materials, including campaign assets, sub-brands, toolkits, and internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the Charity’s brand guidelines.

• Assist in producing digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals, working closely with channel owners and learning how to apply current trends and techniques effectively.

• Help maintain and apply the Charity’s visual identity across all work, building a strong understanding of brand guidelines and best practices.

• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to help develop clear briefs and contribute ideas to creative concepts.

• Assist on a range of creative projects from initial briefing through to final production, including concept development, responding to feedback, preparing files, and supporting delivery across platforms.

About Us

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We are now looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 36 hours per week.

The Role

We’ve recently launched our ambitious Sustainability Strategy (2025–2030), with a commitment to achieve Operational Net Zero by 2030 and Net Zero by 2050.

As the Sustainability Data Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering our strategy and driving meaningful environmental impact across our parks.

You’ll lead on analysing, managing and reporting sustainability data, helping us measure progress, improve data quality, and generate insights that shape decision-making across the organisation.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to strengthen reporting and embed best practice.

Additionally, you will:

· Initiate meetings and briefing sessions with location managers and their colleagues and contractors as required.

· Developing relationships with key industry professionals.

· Staying in touch with developments in the filming industry, such as H&S legislation in relation to shoots and industry best practice. 

About You

To be considered as our Sustainability Data Analyst, you will need:

· Experience analysing and managing sustainability or carbon data

· Knowledge of carbon accounting (Scope 1–3) and reporting standards (e.g. GHG Protocol)

· Strong data analysis and reporting skills (e.g. dashboards, Excel)

· The ability to communicate complex data clearly to different audiences

· Experience working with stakeholders, ideally including suppliers or procurement
