The Regular & Digital Giving Officer role is your opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team and to take our programme to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior fundraiser with expertise in managing income from trusts, foundations and companies to join upReach as we develop our new three year strategy; 2024 - 2027. The Senior Fundraising Manager will make a significant contribution to the growth of upReach through the raising of five and six figure, multi year gifts from Trust & Foundations and Companies.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Development, you will have responsibility for approved income targets, line management and accountability for a portfolio of high profile funders. You will work collaboratively across the organisation including the delivery and impact teams, finance, partnerships, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Trustees.
Core Responsibilities
The Senior Fundraising Manager will uphold upReach’s mission by meeting financial targets, leading on the acquisition and stewardship of key funders and having a significant impact across your area of responsibility and the charity as a whole.

· A proven track record of senior leadership in providing services to women experiencing violence and abuse, women in contact with the criminal justice system or similar social care or social justice services

· Thorough knowledge of safeguarding adults and child protection issues
· An excellent understanding of management and quality assurance processes and systems such as Women’s Aid accreditation framework.

· Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate teams and manage a complex workload.

Associate Director, Major Gifts

Purpose of the role:
To support the Development and Fundraising function of the Trust, developing long term relationships and maximising income. The Head of Development will work alongside the Development Director and other staff to implement our Development Strategy, increasing income from Trusts and Foundations, Major Donors and Individual Givers and other sources.
Key responsibilities:
Relationship Development
· Nurture and develop relationships with existing donors, contributing to the collection of monitoring information ensuring continued support and engagement.

Funding and partnership proposals

· Work with the finance team to ensure income regular income reconciliation and forecasting.
