We are looking for a driven Database & Insights Manager who will take the lead in this position, grow the future insights needs, help steer our fundraising direction and manage our supporter care team. This is a new role, which is pivotal in our drive to make more evidence based decisions to improve our fundraising and engagement initiatives and overall performance. The role will help us to deepen engagement and enhance the experience our supporters have with us.
You will be working closely with your fundraising colleagues as well as your communication colleagues to ensure Management Insight is delivered to a high quality, meets stakeholder expectations and makes an impact, contributing to the increase of income raised for ellenor.
This will involve developing high quality measurement and analysis of income generation performance, supporter interactions as well as delivering insights to underpin and inform the direction of our overall engagement across ellenor.

ellenor Hospice is a specialist palliative care provider for adults and children in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, and for children across West Kent and the London Borough of Bexley. The organisation has in-patient and outpatient and Living Well services at Northfleet, comprehensive Hospice at Home services and a range of out-patient and community services all supported and delivered through a multi-disciplinary team.
