TERMS: Full time. 9 months fixed term contract (maternity cover) with immediate start
LOCATION: London, Cardiff, or remote within UK. (currently all our staff are working at home and can attend offices on an optional basis)
We are looking for a proactive administrator to step into the role of HR and Operations Assistant in a maternity cover role. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing their knowledge of HR, finance and operational processes to put their skills to good use within our small, friendly charity.
This is a very broad role providing support predominantly to the Human Resources Manager with a variety of HR administrative processes including recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, facilities management and information systems, as well as supporting with financial processing supporting the Finance Manager. The role requires the ability to work autonomously using initiative, discretion and excellent problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate will need to show strong administrative experience with the ability to successfully coordinate different tasks simultaneously. To achieve this you will need:
- Knowledge of the main HR processes
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Good organisational skills with a flexible mindset for changing priorities
- Good knowledge and experience of using MS Office and other systems including SharePoint.
