Embrace the Middle East is an international Christian charity helping people of all faiths and none to free themselves from a life of poverty and injustice. Our Christian partners in Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine and Iraq run hospitals, clinics, schools and centres for people with disabilities. They provide support services for refugees, enable women's empowerment, work for community development and offer emergency humanitarian relief.
We are seeking a talented Publications Co-ordinator to deliver the charity’s print communications schedule engaging with, and encouraging more people, to give, volunteer, pray and advocate for the work of Embrace and its Christian partners in the Middle East. You will work collaboratively and creatively with Embrace’s fundraising, engagement and partnerships team to deliver high-quality print communications that reach the hearts and minds of people. You will co-ordinate and edit a range of publications including Embrace’s quarterly magazine, study guides and church resources. Working with external consultants, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging print resources illustrating the transformational work of Embrace. To succeed in the role, you will have excellent knowledge of the print production process, copy editing and proof-reading skills, demonstrating the ability to tailor the organisation’s messages to different audiences, provoking interest and prompting action. We are looking for an exceptionally committed team player who is willing to go the extra mile and can work flexibly when necessary.
