Business Development Manager

Engineers Against Poverty (EAP) is a leader in promoting infrastructure policy and practice to alleviate poverty and has strong links to development agencies, government and industry. We have recently launched a new bold and exciting strategy that aims to tackle poverty by developing research, policy and practice across three core areas: Infrastructure governance; Social equity and inclusive growth; and Sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
EAP hosts the International Secretariat for CoST – the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative (CoST) which promotes an open data and open government approach to ensure better quality public infrastructure. CoST works globally with 14 CoST members and affiliate members who implement the initiative in diverse contexts.
We need a Business Development Manager with an excellent track record in developing and capitalising on existing and new income streams with funders and stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead the development of grant funding applications and commercial proposals to achieve the future aims and financial targets for both EAP and CoST, as well as help raise the profile of our brand and work.
