This is a fixed term maternity cover contract which will run from January 2020 until March 2021. It is an excellent role for someone with experience of manipulating data, financial reporting and gift administration. They will enjoy solving complex problems and working between a range of systems and processes and reporting to senior stakeholders.
The Development Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of all financial processes and database management within the English Heritage Development Operations team where they will support the work of three fundraising teams (Private Philanthropy, Grants & Trusts and Corporate Development). They will be responsible for gift processing, budget monitoring and forecasting for the whole Department. They will also be the Departmental expert in the database, Salesforce, ensuring it evolves with the changing needs of the team. In addition to their gift management, data management and financial reporting roles the Development Operations Manager will also line-manage two Development Assistants ensuring administrative processes are streamlined and as efficient as possible.
