This is a superb opportunity for a commercially astute, growth focused individual to provide operational leadership to a diverse portfolio of social enterprise within Enham Trust. This is a high profile, senior management role within the Trust, responsible for growing income contribution from the services, developing existing and new social enterprises, and expanding the range of employment and training opportunities for our beneficiaries.
Alongside bringing a strong business development focus to the services, you will ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer service. The portfolio of enterprises will evolve & grow overtime and initially include a packaging business, furniture manufacturing, charity shop and cafés.
As Head of Charity Enterprises, you will be part of the charity’s senior management group, actively engaging with the wider work of the Trust.

You will be a proven leader of people, able to inspire those around you and build a high performing team. With experience managing multi-site commercial operations, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering profitable income growth. Your prior experience may be from the charitable, educational or commercial sector; ideally, but not essentially, with some experience in retail, catering or hospitality operations.
With a passion for people and performance, you will be a self-starter possessing a can-do mindset with the drive to make things happen. Agile in your approach, you will be able and willing to flex between hands-on operational management, business development and strategy.
Ideally you will have the will to want to make a difference, share the values of Enham Trust and be committed to helping us fulfil our charitable objectives.
