About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Edinburgh Skylight as a Receptionist/Administrator in our Edinburgh Skylight Team. You will be there to welcome people who are homeless seeking advice and start the process of helping them to end their homelessness.
You will support the team to manage a busy working environment, welcoming and supporting a range of people including new Skylight members, current members, staff, Crisis volunteers and visitors. You will provide administrative support for this fast and responsive service to those newly presenting as homeless. You will also carry out administration and housekeeping functions relating to the customer service and facilities management of Cranston House. This role is based onsite with no option for homeworking.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be highly organised with experience of working within a reception or administrative support role, as well as experience providing a high standard of customer service. We are looking for someone who understands the issues faced by homeless people and is excited to learn about the ways we can support them. You will be able to deal with challenging situations and individuals with a range of needs, to reach a positive resolution through a calm and confident approach.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully with disadvantaged or socially excluded groups and individuals. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written will be key, as well as working collaboratively within a team. As you will be the first point of contact for many people, you need to be friendly, enjoy helping and be willing to learn about Crisis and all the other activities taking place within the building.

About the role:
Your role as a Service Delivery Assistant (SDA) will be to provide an administrative function to the Humberside staff team.
The SDA role is a crucial one, to ensure the efficient running of the service and support the frontline staff to provide an effective service.
As an SDA you will;
- provide an administrative function to include administration of cases and referrals including updating case management systems and communicating with referral agencies to gain further information
- Raise purchase orders, deal with invoicing and purchasing
- Work with the management team and staff team to ensure adherence to policy and procedure including health and safety checks and audits
- Monitor some HR functions such as DBS checking, working with the police vetting unit and ID checking
You will be confident in using your IT skills to work on a case management system, access phone and online systems, email and Microsoft Office programmes.

About the role:

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Team which operates within HBF’s vibrant, multi-disciplinary team. The duties of Client Services Administrator are two-fold 1) is to host our busy reception area and friendly waiting room; welcome clients and visiting professionals to the Helen Bamber Foundation and attend to any needs they might have and 2) to oversee the booking of appointments between clients and staff/volunteers across the organisation; liaising with third parties and clinicians in relation to Initial Assessments; booking and managing doctor’s diaries for our Medical Advisory Services and the booking of interpreters across the organisation. At Shelter Bristol we provide housing advice and support to people across the city and strive for change to address the underlying systems that are causing the housing emergency. The range of support also includes legal representation, practical DIY assistance, and welfare benefits advice, so people can address their housing and other related issue. About the role:
You will be supporting our team of Caseworkers and Triage workers. This role involves updating our database with client information, creating new cases, answering queries that come in from Police or other agencies. This role supports the work of the wider Essex Team in their support of people affected by crime across Essex.
These roles are based in our Essex office in Ingatestone. There may be an option to split the work between home and the office. You will be working within a supportive team that is part of a large independent charity which offers the opportunity to develop skills to enhance your ongoing personal development.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant and Office Administrator to provide executive support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, as well as adding administrative capacity to the Support Team.
Our mission is to show Christ's love to people in prison by coming alongside them and supporting them. We run a number of programmes, including Angel Tree, Sycamore Tree, Prayer Line and Pastoral Care.
This position is 35 hours per week across five days. This role is based in our office in London (SW1). We are open to discussions about flexibility.

About the Role:
You will be part of our administrative team providing support across a range of functions within the HS; managing Excel spreadsheets, inputting and raising invoices; managing calls to and from a range of people including those bereaved by homicide and generally supporting the Homicide Service to run smoothly. You will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisational skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload.
We support staff and volunteers to keep them safe within their role and you will given all the training you need to be able to manage your role effectively. This role can at times be emotionally challenging and so as with all staff within the Homicide Service, you will be expected to engage with clinical supervision and supervision with your line manager.
