About the Role:
You will be part of our administrative team providing support across a range of functions within the HS; managing Excel spreadsheets, inputting and raising invoices; managing calls to and from a range of people including those bereaved by homicide and generally supporting the Homicide Service to run smoothly. You will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisational skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload.
We support staff and volunteers to keep them safe within their role and you will given all the training you need to be able to manage your role effectively. This role can at times be emotionally challenging and so as with all staff within the Homicide Service, you will be expected to engage with clinical supervision and supervision with your line manager.

Purpose of the Job
Your role as a Packing Assistant is to assist the Head of Packing with the smooth running of the packing area of Felix’s Kitchen and the correct packing, storing and distribution of all meals and components. You also assist the Senior Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen.
You are responsible for maintaining the quality and standards of the kitchen and ensuring that all meals and/or components of meals are packed correctly.
You assist other staff and volunteers when they need help, ensuring the smooth running of the operation.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Male Accommodation Advocate working in our safe- houses in Liverpool. In this role you’ll casework male service users living within our Safe-house. Our ESOL service was established in 2017 and now runs 5 days per week and offers English lessons for resettled refugees and an English Club with an emphasis on learning skills for integration into UK society. About the Role:
You will be talking to people on the telephone from a variety of different backgrounds, all with different experiences. No two days are the same & you will need to use your communication skills and resilient nature to help those dealing with trauma and the effects of domestic abuse. Previous experience is not required as you will receive robust training. You will also receive ongoing support to ensure that you can provide victims with quick responses to meet their needs and help them cope and recover.
