Job description

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a ground-breaking alliance of companies, trade unions and voluntary organisations working together to improve the lives of workers in international supply chains.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Collective Action Co-ordinator to support the delivery of ETI’s collective action workstreams through coordination of workstreams across the collective action team and other ETI staff, and engagement with members.

We are seeking someone who can work with the Collective Action team and ETI’s tri-partite members to support the identification of issues, disputes, themes and initiatives and help address them through collective action.

This role plays a part primarily in support to the Impact Advisor and Senior Advisors, ensuring that collective action is properly formulated, has clear aims and process and that lessons learned are captured. They also ensure that where appropriate, external expertise and/or stakeholders are involved to inform the process and ensure outcomes are achieved.

The ideal candidate should have project management experience in development and/or Human Rights and client relationship management.

We are also looking for someone with enthusiasm to apply human rights due diligence in a supply chain context and experience providing administrative support to a fast-paced team.

This is a full-time post with a salary of between £30,785-£40,680 plus benefits. 

Please be aware that due to current restrictions we are working remotely. The office will reopen in line with the governmental advice.
