Job DescriptionHarris Hill is working with a national military charity that is looking for an Events Executive. The charity works to support military personnel, their families and veterans.
Working within the fund raising Events team you will be responsible in delivering the organisations flagship event.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Project manage high profile events for the charity.
-Develop and deliver, creative and effective marketing plans for all Events
-Develop and implement effective communication plans with event participants to encourage fundraising.
-Work with the Head of Events to set and manage annual income and expenditure budgets
-Lead the day-today management and fulfilment of fundraising enquiries for the campaign.
-Generate positive working relationships with key partners
-Using Raiser's Edge CRM, ensure all enquirer and participant data is recorded
To be considered you must have the following skills & experience
-Significant charity fundraising experience, including: Event experience as part of a fundraising team
-Working with a committee or group of supporters to inspire them towards a shared goal
-Recruiting and managing volunteers.
Computer literate, social-media savvy and a competent user of charity fundraising databases; able to generate reports for analysis.
