We are a leading London homelessness charity looking for an excellent communications expert. Someone who is experienced and capable of working autonomously to help us achieve our chief goal of building our brand awareness and income to best support our service users.
This role will entail managing our website, overseeing our social media, creating monthly newsletters, internal and external documents, writing stories of the people we support, and developing and capitalising on any press and PR opportunities. Strong design and copy writing skills are therefore a must, as well as a shrewd marketing mind and sound knowledge of website management and ways of which we can optimise our engagement and reach.
Within this role, you will be managing one other person who will mainly be responsible for producing and managing content for social media under your guidance and support.
We are a small fundraising and communications team, that has lots of energy and enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who is a genuine team player, who is passionate about our goals, and is eager to hit the ground running.
