We are looking for individuals who can work up to four ten hour shifts a week over a variety of nights. The pattern is a rotational 4 shifts on/4 shifts off.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Evolve Housing + Support team. We operate homeless hostels and supported housing projects across five London Boroughs and our staff are essential in ensuring customers receive the highest quality Service.
All of our projects operate over 24 hours a day, seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays. Our Night Concierge Workers form a key part of us delivering safe and secure accommodation for vulnerable customers with complex needs. This is a rewarding and challenging role.
Our Night Concierge colleagues work within projects that provide accommodation delivering a high quality and responsive night service to Evolve Housing + Support customers and the community.
The role is varied, not only providing an essential front-of-house presence to our customers, but also carrying out health & safety checks and dealing with queries and complaints as they arise overnight.

You will have:
Empathy towards vulnerable and homeless people and a passion to want to provide safe and secure accommodation to those most vulnerable in society.
A positive and dynamic attitude to working at times in a challenging environment.
Understanding of what delivering excellent customer service is
Excellent communication skills required for shift handovers and email correspondence
IT skills to log information on our customer database
Ability to accurately recall and record information on incidents that occur for example medical emergencies, anti-social behaviour
Awareness of Health and Safety to complete building safety checks and led on fire safety
