Job DescriptionA small yet established international charity are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join their team, the successful candidate will be supporting the CEO with diary management, research, and general support.
Main duties for the Executive Coordinator:
Day to day management of the office
Diary management for trustees and CEO
Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
Provide research support on potential donors
Support with events
Liaising with external agencies, media and local authority
Support with events coordination and attending events
Provide PowerPoint presentations and research for meetings
Essential criteria for the Executive Coordinator:
Strong administrative/ PA experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong administration and MS office skils
Ability to travel to south Africa one a year for 10 days- 2 weeks in November time
