Regular Giving is the backbone of our fundraising income, it currently generates £37million each year across our three existing products – Sponsor a Dog, Companion Club (a subscription product) and general Direct Debits. We are now looking for a Regular Giving Product Manager to help us deliver our Regular Giving strategy to increase retention rates and build lifetime value.

About this Job:

As a Regular Giving Product Manager, you will:

• Take a supporter-led approach to the development of campaign activity, understanding the key motivations and demographic of our regular givers and to deliver outstanding supporter experiences.
• Develop inspirational written and digital communications to our regular givers and produce fundraising materials in line with our brand guidelines.
• Manage relationships with any third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the campaign performance reporting, working alongside the Performance and Innovation Manager and our data agency to optimise our campaigns

We are looking for a highly organised person, with experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects and working reactively, all whilst maintaining high standards of communication and adhering to guidelines. You will be personable, and able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of products. Your expertise in copywriting, coupled with your ability to evaluate campaign performance, will drive the continuous improvement of our Regular Giving products.

-Working collaboratively across the team to provide tailored stewardship journeys and experiences which build meaningful relationships with our closest supporters and demonstrate the impact of their support on our mission.

Office Administrator - Donor Communications and Volunteer Liaison

Friends of the Holy Land are looking for an energetic, dedicated individual to join our fast-moving, growing charity.

Friends of the Holy Land has a small network of volunteer supporters around the country and an expanding number of financial donors. This new role will be responsible for communicating with these two communities, with a focus on preparing monthly emails to supporters, monitoring and moderating social media accounts, liaising with external partners to deliver external communications, developing donor stewardship and growing our volunteer network.

The role will also be required to help with regular office duties and will need to be familiar with all aspects of administrative support for the operational success of the charity. You will need to be comfortable working in a faith-based organisation, talking to supporters across the UK and with our partners in the Holy Land, and be competent in creating communications.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Office experience
• Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft office (ideally Office 365).  CRM training will be provided as necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to proof-read with attention to detail
• Ability to write and design short communications, e.g. emails, posters (ideally)

This is a full time post and will be office based in an easy location with parking.

The District Administrator is the first port of call in the District office and acts as an essential point of contact for all 19 Circuits and their Churches within the District.

The District Administrator will work collaboratively with the Senior District Administrator and be proactive with good organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing and ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintaining office equipment, i.e. photocopiers and printers for smooth office functionality
• Communicate meetings and agendas to attendees. Take minutes when required and arrange lunches and refreshments.
• Assist with the management of the District Zoom accounts.

Salary: £34,224 per annum (Scale point 29), progressing by increments to £36,869.25 per annum (Scale point 32). As a night shift worker, you will receive an additional allowance of £10 per night shift. This will be paid on a monthly basis along with the salary.

Working arrangements: This role will work shifts starting at 10:25pm and finishing at 07:40am. Shifts will be on a rota bases across a 7-day working week. 33 hours will be based upon working 4 nights shifts per week.

Provide reception and general office support for our busy team

Support our Fundraising, Communications and Volunteering functions

As an Area Branch Development Manager you will be accountable for the development, growth and local governance of branches within a designated area. The Role

You will be responsible for managing the production cycle from enquiry to delivery and invoicing, in a well-organised and seamless process, and for finding solutions quickly, should issues arise.

· Ensure that all relevant processes are carried out, in particular checking and assessing credit­ worthiness of clients

· Calculate and report on appropriate royalties for designated customer accounts

· Ensure that all materials sent to suppliers meet appropriate technical standards

· Support the stock needs using supply chain methodology

· Ensure that print materials supplied are correctly licensed for the specified purpose, and that IP and copyright agreements are adhered to and protected

· Ensure all products are consistent with and conform to requirements and the Royal Charter

You will be organised, accurate and high-performing, good at detail, with an ability to connect well with clients and inspire them with confidence in you. You'll be committed to growing the circulation and use of the Bible through maintaining the highest production and delivery standards. Self-motivated and a team player, you'll be enthusiastic about this significant role.

About You:
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our fundraising strategy. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to raise unrestricted income by engaging schools and workplaces to participate in Christmas Jumper Day and raise much-needed funds for children for 6 months of the year. For the other 6 months of the year, you will lead marketing and fundraising projects across Public Income and Engagement to drive us towards Save the Children's goal of raising £60 million by 2030.

You will also lead on the development of multi-channel marketing plans, with a focus on audience, to drive ambitious brand awareness, supporter action, income and loyalty targets including email, display, paid social, direct mail, TV, radio and out of home, across a range of engagement opportunities and propositions (legacies, regular giving, emergencies and mass participation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to attract and engage supporters to drive participation and income generation for Christmas Jumper Day.
• Lead the development of multi-channel marketing plans, with a focus on audience and insight.
• Lead the team's relationship with the media buying agency to buy and optimize media.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with key partners such as marketing agencies, production companies, and fulfilment agencies, motivating and inspiring them to deliver their best for Save the Children.
• Inspire internal partners and colleagues to focus on raising money around the Christmas Jumper Day campaign.
• Manage team budgets and reporting.
• Support the Deputy Director of Public Income and Engagement to lead fundraising and marketing projects outside the Christmas Jumper Day campaign period.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in marketing, including developing complex and integrated multi-channel marketing plans, data analysis, and audience planning.
• Outstanding project management skills with a proven ability to plan and manage activity that delivers complex projects on time and to budget.
• Extensive experience in effectively managing external partners, including working with media agencies, creative agencies, and fulfilment agencies.
• Experience in developing marketing assets to drive engagement and action.
• Experience in developing engaging supporter journeys across channels.
• Ability to provide technical leadership for the organization in delivering marketing across various media types.
• Experience in managing budgets.
• Strong numerical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze complex data for strategic decision-making.

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK. However, for this role, you will be required to work from our Farringdon Office in London on average 1 day a week. Travel costs to your contracted office will be at your own expense.

About you
As our Senior Philanthropy and Partnership Manager-Africa, you will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with Africa-based donors, including corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Working closely with our Partnership and Philanthropy Team, as well as regional and country offices across Africa, you will drive new business opportunities and secure significant six to seven figure gifts.

In this role, day -to- day, you will:

• Collaborate with country offices to progress existing opportunities and develop proposals for new business, leveraging local philanthropic trends.
• Work alongside the Head of Africa Philanthropy to implement strategic corporate and philanthropy aspirations, driving forward directly funded new funding models.
• Network and attend external events to raise visibility for Save the Children's Africa Philanthropy Initiative.
• Develop and implement strategic donor plans and stewardship events, tailored to engage and steward donors from Africa.
• Manage the Africa Advisory Board, identify potential donors, and ensure effective approaches are made to secure funds.

To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Experience in working or living in Africa, with a passion for African philanthropy and its potential for transformative change.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with high-level stakeholders in the charity or private sector.
• Proven track record of securing six to seven figure gifts from high-net-worth individuals or experience in securing new business in a commercial environment.
• Exceptional proposal writing skills and experience in developing high-quality proposals for business and/or philanthropy partners.
• Familiarity with emerging markets, preferably in Africa, and a knack for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
