This role plays a key part in the continued growth and development of our community-focused Credit Union. It provides the opportunity to develop skills in delivering customer-centred products and services throughout Shropshire.
The right person will have high levels of initiative with a natural desire to learn. They will have the opportunity to influence the development and delivery of savings and lending products through collaborative discussion across a small team.
Do you have an innate confidence in your own ability to achieve targets with a natural desire to learn, change and improve where necessary? We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, people and IT skills to fit into our established credit union team. You will play a key role as a point of contact for existing and potential loan applicants and will be responsible for collating, checking and processing all loan applications in line with policy and procedure, while maintaining excellent levels of customer care.
