HeadStart Programme Manager, 37 hours per week (Contract)

Grade 3: £26,682 - £29,280 per annum

Fixed term contract until 31st January 2021

HeadStart is a bold initiative, which seeks to address the challenges of social segregation and youth employability in society. Delivered by Family Action, the HeadStart programme offers diverse groups of 16-19 year olds the opportunity to develop their employability skills through volunteering and professional workshops and then rewards their social action with interviews for paid work with partner businesses.

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic HeadStart Programme Manager who will use their excellent skills in people and project management to set up and deliver the HeadStart programme in their region.

HeadStart is going through an exciting period of transition and growth; therefore, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to flourish in an innovative and changeable environment.
