Are you looking for a role where your talents as an experienced research professional benefit the lives of families raising disabled or seriously ill children?
Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people – providing over 88,000 grants and services worth over £33 million last year.
We’re looking for an exceptional individual with proven experience in research and evidence analysis to develop, implement and manage our impact, evidence and research activities in line with strategic work plans. You will lead on our approach to knowledge management and our research and evaluation activities in order to help improve opportunities for disabled and seriously ill children and young people and their families.
As Research and Impact Manager, you will lead on the development of Family Fund’s research strategy and work with colleagues across the organisation to make best use of our data and ensure that the ‘voice of families’ is a key source of evidence within our research and evaluation activity.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills, pro-active and driven to succeed. With sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodology and best practice through the research cycle you will be a well-organised team player with the ability to handle pressure, prioritise workload and build and strengthen relationships with relevant stakeholders within the research community.
