Job Description

HR Administrator 

Full time: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Family Futures is an adoption and adoption support agency awarded an outstanding rating by OFSTED in 2018 for our third consecutive inspection. We have a reputation for innovation and offering a high quality service. Family Futures offers an integrated multi-disciplinary assessment, treatment and family finding service for traumatised adopted and fostered children.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HR Administrator with good administration skills to join our small HR & Admin Team.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will carry out a range of tasks including maintaining staff HR records, recording staff absence and assisting line managers with the recruitment process.

We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly team player, who has excellent attention to detail, is solution focused and has a 'can do' approach to work. You must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload. You must also have the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with people across the organisation. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in an HR related position and experience of using an HRIS is preferable for this role.

Salary Scale: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
