We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HR Administrator with good administration skills to join our small HR & Admin Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will carry out a range of tasks including maintaining staff HR records, recording staff absence and assisting line managers with the recruitment process.
We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly team player, who has excellent attention to detail, is solution focused and has a 'can do' approach to work. You must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload. You must also have the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with people across the organisation. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in an HR related position and experience of using an HRIS is preferable for this role.

Salary Scale: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
