Job Description

As Status Programme Manager, you will work with front-line community and youth organisations to engage and mobilise 16-25 year-olds to become activists for healthy, relationship commitment and to join a positive and inclusive discussion about commitment, what it is and what it is not.

This is an exciting and varied role.  You will have proven ability to nurture purposeful relationships with community or youth organisations and ensuring these achieve shared goals.  You will have a track record of delivering programmes which resulted in sustained community or youth activism and both recruiting and deepening the engagement of activists for a cause. You will also have a strong and demonstrable commitment to our values of inclusive, committed, courageous and compassionate.

To learn more about the role responsibilities and the team member we're searching for, please read through the attachment.

To apply, please send through your up-dated CV and covering letter and provide clear evidence of how you meet the criteria used for shortlisting (indicated in the person specification).  This will give us the insight needed into your suitability for the role.

We are a flexible employer that recognises the importance of family to our employees. We are looking for someone willing and able to work 24 hours per week, usually from home, with the ability to travel throughout the UK as needed. The nature of the role means that travel may occasionally be at short notice.

Please note that candidates are advised that we reserve the right to interview shortlisted candidates during the advertising period.  Face-to-face interviews will take place only after phone interviews.

FASTN believes that its impact is increased by becoming more reflective of the diverse population it serves. Applications are more than welcome from all candidates meeting the criteria in the attached person specification and recruitment will take place on evidence provided of fit with these criteria.
