Job description

St Joseph’s is a well-established modern, bright, purpose-built 59 bed Care home, set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, near to the heart of a historic coaching town and very convenient for the Motorway network. It has an excellent reputation for providing high quality personalised levels of care.

As the Deputy Care Manager you will assist the Manager in the management and monitoring of all aspects of the work of the care home.  Ensuring that the home meets requirements of legislation and regulations in relation to safeguarding, mental capacity and other relevant legislation.  You will carry out audits of systems, processes and care practice to ensure the quality and continuous imYou will be qualified and experienced (Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent) for this client group, capable of working under pressure, with an excellent understanding of CQC regulatory processes and other authorities.  An Enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring service (DBS) will be essential if successful.provement of the service.
