Volunteer Assisting with Forms & Telephone Calls at Drop-in
What you will be doing and hours
Welcome and explain the need to gather information on FCENS referral form for Caseworker to assess their situation and needs.
Fill in FCENS referral
Explain about confidentiality and information sharing on a-need-to-know basis
Make sure the consent form is signed and dated
Hand referral and consent form to Administrator and/or Caseworker
Make welfare calls as directed using FCENS phone
Help to collect feedback on forms provided
Time commitment: 4 hours same day/time weekly. Either 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm week days

Volunteers contribute to the overall success of FCENS and are vital to the running of the Drop-in & Night Shelter.
We need support from the community to run our projects and make our clients feel welcome.
