Job Description

Robertson Bell finance are recruiting a Finance Manager for an educational charity based in Central London. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team at a time of growth and change.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, this post will be responsible for the development of the business plan and annual budget of the organisation whilst being a key staff member within the finance team. Managing a team of 2, the Finance Manager will prepare monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and manage the cash-flow for the organisation. They will be the key point of contact for all external auditors around their year-end process as well as managing the work of the finance department effectively to improve processes where necessary.

The successful candidate will ideally be part-qualified and have worked in a charity organisation before. Other sectors will be considered so please do apply if you're currently working outside of the sector. Due to the changes happening within the organisation, experience of systems would be very useful as well as managing operational and financial change within a large-scale project. They will be an excellent communicator and capable enough to handle a team of 2.
