Who are we looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person with considerable experience in PR and communications and a working knowledge of marketing. Your exceptional interpersonal, perceptive communication skills will allow you to understand and be passionate about the work of the charity, able to articulate and communicate its mission and values in a way that resonates with potential and existing stakeholders.
This newly expanded role will give you the opportunity to create a lasting legacy for the charity whilst gaining wide, interesting and invaluable experience manging your own varied workload as well as working in partnership with well established, internationally-recognised brands and consultants. We are a small team and the ability to work in collaboration with all departments, partners, stakeholders and Trustees at all levels is essential. The role of the PR and Communications Manager is to build the charity’s profile and expand its reputation and stakeholder networks capitalising on Fine Cell Work’s 25 year of celebrations in 2022, overseeing and managing the charity’s internal and external communications whilst protecting its reputation, its staff, volunteers and stakeholders and the brand. Responsible for managing FCW’s PR campaigns including getting exposure across all digital channels, relationships with press, and social media partnerships whilst supporting marketing campaigns and other functions of the charity, particularly fundraising, as required.
