Head of Marketing, Communications & Fundraising

We support more than 800 people across England in 77 services where we push beyond traditional care and address the many misconceptions about what life for a person with disabilities should be like.
We are seeking an exceptional manager to implement the marketing and fundraising strategy, and to manage and inspire the team. Reporting directly into the Director of Communications, the Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising will lead on all marketing activities, press and publications, internal communications and day to day fundraising from trusts, individual giving and community engagement.
As Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising you will be responsible for:
- Marketing: Delivering marketing materials and campaigns to develop the brand and build the profile of the organisation
- Communications: Creating internal and external content and publications that deliver a strategy to increase the voice of our stakeholders
- Fundraising: Supporting the achievement of FitzRoy income targets across a portfolio of trusts, major donors, legacies and community sponsorship fundraising
In addition to being a strong leader, the ideal candidate will be an exceptional writer and communicator, have experience within the charity sector, be able to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and be an ideas driven self- starter.
