Are you looking to utilise your experience in financial administration and management to support a small but thriving charity? The Florence Nightingale Museum is looking for a part-time Finance Manager to support our developing charitable business. It's an exciting time to join us as 2020 is not only Nightingale's bicentenary but also the Year of the Nurse and Midwife, meaning we have lots of exciting events and activities planned and are expecting a high number of visitors to our small but busy site.
A strong eye for detail, accuracy, business acumen and experience with SAGE is essential, as are the skills to work independently within a small team in a varied role with genuine responsibility. Experience of administering grant aid, pay roll, VAT and retail income would be advantageous too, but most of all we need someone who is committed to the role and keen to join a developing and growing site.
The position is available for either 15 or 22.5 hours per week, with the days worked flexible to suit the needs of the post-holder and the business. (Hours can be discussed at interview.) Based at St Thomas' Hospital our museum has great transport links and is easy to access from many different parts of London.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
